Positive attitude boosts longevity in older adults

While it’s not possible to have a Pollyanna-like attitude every day, a positive attitude plays a key role in healthy aging. Researchers at the University of Queensland conducted a study on 50 older adults aged between 65-90 years and followed them for two years. Said Dr. Elise Kalokerinos, the lead researcher, “Our research suggests that this focus on the positive may help older people protect their declining health.”
