Although baby boomers may want to age in place, they also want to do it in style, and in the city. With their ability for transient lifestyles, multi-generational (or multi-family) homes, and many other key factors, baby boomer are defining the future blueprint of cities; they are no longer being built for the young. Just like any other marketing company, cities are looking at how they can attract boomers — and keep them.
