Immersion Active Invited to Share Digital Marketing Expertise at SMASH Conference

Immersion Active, a digital marketing agency focused solely on helping companies market to boomers and seniors online, will share it’s digital expertise in two conference sessions at the 2015 SMASH: Senior Care Marketing & Sales Summit.

SMASH is the leading conference for sales and marketing strategists across the senior care industry. Immersion Active President David Weigelt and VP of Digital Marketing Practices Joe Ford will lead a roundtable discussion on audience acquisition titled “Winning the Family Caregiver.”

Speaking from their experience as part of the team that aggregated the second-largest family caregiver audience online in the U.S., Weigelt and Ford will discuss how to use digital media to cost effectively build an audience of your most valuable prospects and move them through the funnel. The roundtable discussion will cover a variety of tools and tactics for audience acquisition, including analytics, SEO, PPC, social media, social advertising, content, video and mobile.

Ford will also lead a session titled “Omni-Channel Marketing: How to Make It All Work.” This session will highlight how mature consumers’ digital media consumption requires marketers to rethink traditionally created campaigns and how digital marketers are creating distinctive cross-channel campaigns. Marketers will learn strategies for creating, measuring and optimizing a cohesive and consistent customer data from call centers, web analytics, email, third-parties, and social media.

The SMASH conference will take place at Hilton Chicago—Indian Lakes Resort, October 13–15, 2015. It entails over 30 sessions presented by the top 60 experts inside and outside of healthcare, sales and marketing.
