Immersion Active’s winning entry was the Alzheimer’s Reflections Email Series developed for its client Home Instead Senior Care®. This series addresses people who care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other form of dementia and are in potential need of Alzheimer’s home care services. The content amplifies the voice of the consumer by reflecting the tone and topics heard in online live chat events and exemplifies the Home Instead Senior Care® “To us, it’s personal(SM)” brand promise.
As a result to the Alzheimer’s Reflections emails, Home Instead has received a steady stream of responses from caregivers asking questions and sharing their Alzheimer’s experiences. The series has increased subscribers YOY by 2046% averaging an open rate of 19.41% and click-through rates as high as 12.63%.
“This email campaign is another example of just how proud we are of the work we do with Home Instead Senior Care,” says Director of Account Strategy Alix Locke. “It showcases not only the quality of our team but also the impact our work has on the lives of people who are caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.”
This is the third international award for Home Instead’s Alzheimer’s or other dementia’s campaign; others include a Gold WOMMY from the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and a silver medal from the Web Health Awards for the Alzheimer’s or Other Dementias Daily Companion app.
